This is where I keep general commentary on dishes which are extremely variable but which are too complex to be called ingredients: the ice creams, the stuffings, the breads and the fried rices of the world. More specific and concrete things are listed under recipes instead, and when experimenting it's critically important to be familiar with your ingredients.
